  • Report Delivery: We use your email address to deliver your compliance report.
  • Transaction Records: We maintain records of transactions for accounting and legal purposes.

Data Retention

  • Uploaded Documents: All uploaded documents are deleted immediately after processing. We do not retain copies of your commercial invoices.
  • Email Addresses: Email addresses are stored securely for transaction records and may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
  • Compliance Reports: Generated reports are delivered to you and not stored on our servers long-term.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Paddle: For secure payment processing. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Anthropic: For AI-powered document processing. Your document content is processed through Anthropic's API to generate compliance reports.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including AES-256 encryption for data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
